These terms apply to users aged 18 and above who are resident in Bangladesh. Minors may not use any adda7 services. Opening or operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed immediately.
Adda7 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.

Account Creation, Security & Policy
Registration & Eligibility
To register on adda7, you must provide your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Creating an account with false or misleading information is a violation of these terms. Each user may maintain only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited, and adda7 reserves the right to close all such accounts.
You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided at registration. A national ID or other government-issued document may be requested later for identity verification (KYC).
Password & Security
Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Sharing this information with anyone is not permitted. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
Adda7 will never ask for your password by email or phone. adda7 is not responsible for any losses resulting from granting account access to a third party.
Account Suspension or Closure
Adda7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraud, or illegal activity. Any balance remaining in such an account may be returned subject to verification.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Terms
All financial transactions on adda7 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. Depositing from a third-party account is prohibited — the payment method used for any transaction must be registered in your own name.
Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be accepted. Your account must have a completed identity verification (KYC) before you can submit a withdrawal request. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Funds tied to bonuses or promotional offers cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met. The specific terms for each bonus are detailed in the respective offer description.
Adda7 reserves the right to reclaim any funds credited to an account in error due to a technical fault or system failure. If you notice any discrepancy in a transaction, contact customer support immediately. adda7 also reserves the right to freeze transactions and report to the relevant authorities if money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is suspected.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

If any part of these terms is found by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
